Designed for today’s high‑mix, low MOQ manufacturing environment, the production line can simultaneously process two different type of mix recipe brake pad and produce eight different model of brake pad at the same time.
Eight independent hot presses equipped with quick mold change systems enable rapid product changeovers without stopping the entire line. The system supports both four‑cavity and two‑cavity mold configurations, covering a wide range of passenger and commercial vehicle brake pad applications.
In addition to its flexibility, the line delivers reliable production capacity. For a typical four‑cavity brake pad configuration, total output can reach 352 pieces per hour, with daily production exceeding 8,400 brake pads under continuous operation.
