INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

Will a standard hydraulic press fit my part and existing die?

Tonnage alone is not enough to determine machine suitability. We also review the die size and weight, shut height, stroke, daylight, working-table dimensions, mounting interface, ejection requirements, pressing speed and loading access. If these requirements fall outside an existing platform, we will recommend a custom solution instead of forcing the application into an unsuitable standard model.

Which standard series should I consider first?

Start with the forming process and required pressing motion:

CMLJ for cold or warm forging and metal extrusion

CMSe and CMSe-S for four-column up-stroke or down-stroke servo pressing

CMHe for guided frame-type servo forming

CMHe-LS for double-action forming involving asymmetric parts or lateral loads

CMHe-E1 and CMHe-S for frame-type up-stroke or down-stroke forming

CMHC when open working access and a compact footprint are important

CMHF for double-action drawing and blank-holding processes

Final selection should be based on the workpiece and die drawings.

How will you confirm the press can meet my accuracy and output targets?

Required force, pressure, position repeatability, stroke, holding time and cycle time are reviewed during technical evaluation. The agreed performance requirements should be recorded in the technical proposal and checked before shipment. If die trials, sample testing or specific factory acceptance tests are required, they should be included in the project scope.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What affects the machine price and delivery time?

The main factors are press capacity, frame structure, table size, stroke, daylight, operating speed, servo system, ejector or blank-holder configuration, safety requirements, electrical specifications and automation scope. A confirmed quotation and delivery schedule can be provided after the technical scope is defined.

Can the press be integrated with automation now or later?

Selected standard presses can be integrated with feeding, unloading, transfer or robotic handling systems. If future automation is planned, inform us during the initial review so that the required working space, control interfaces, safety system and production-line signals can be considered in advance.

What support is available after delivery?

Support can include technical documentation, operator training, online technical assistance and spare-parts coordination. Installation, commissioning, on-site support and acceptance requirements should be confirmed in the quotation and contract so that both parties clearly understand the service scope.
