At the end of 2024, the Cosmos Press service team traveled to Romania to provide a comprehensive one-stop service for a local customer. The service covered the installation, commissioning, and technical training for the 650T Frame Type Guide Way Servo Driven Hydraulic Press.
Due to the machine’s large size, it was disassembled and shipped in four separate containers.
Upon arrival at the customer’s site, the Cosmos Press team carefully assessed the workshop environment and overcame height restrictions in the facility. Working closely with the installation team, they successfully assembled each component of the machine.
The installation, commissioning, technical training, remote diagnostics, and product pressing tests have now been fully completed.
