Recently, Cosmos Press completed the preparation for the acceptance of the brake pad backing plate hydraulic press machine, and is ready for trial acceptance at any time.
This equipment solution differs from previous ones. After multiple inspections and evaluations, the customer decided to adopt the complete equipment solution provided by Cosmos Press to replace the existing traditional equipment.
The Cosmos Press automation solution consists of a steel backing production line, including one feeder and feeding robot, two transfer robots, one stacking machine, one deburring machine, and three servo hydraulic presses.
This production line can load 400 pieces at a time and operates at a speed of producing 13 pieces per minute. This effectively reduces labor intensity, minimizes human errors and losses, and improves product quality and production line stability.
During the commissioning process, the customer hoped that the steel backing could achieve 80% brightness. To ensure customer requirements were met, Cosmos Press performed multiple refinements, conducted a series of tests and optimizations, successfully increasing the brightness to 90%, significantly exceeding the customer’s expectations.
After multiple communications with the customer, Cosmos Press was able to meet all the customer’s needs from equipment matching, mold provision, production process, manufacturing process, to finished product output.
