When the dongguan hydraulic press is working, if the oil temperature rises too fast, it will cause a series of adverse effects on the hydraulic system, seriously affecting the work of the hydraulic system. So what's the downside? The temperature rise of hydraulic system of dongguan hydraulic press is the same as pollution. It is also a form of integrated fault, mainly measured by measuring oil and a small number of hydraulic components.
The influence of oil temperature rise on hydraulic equipment is:
1. Oil will reduce pipette, leakage will increase, volume efficiency of pump and efficiency of the whole system i6% will be significantly reduced.

Under normal circumstances, the guide hydraulic press hydraulic cylinder with low hydraulic requirements is usually not designed with special exhaust device. In contrast, the oil orifice is located at the high points of both ends of the cylinder. This also allows air to be discharged into the tank along with the oil. In the case of cylinders and large cylinders requiring high speed stability, a special exhaust device is usually required, which is also located at the high point of the cylinder. For example, the air plug is placed at the top of the cylinder head, loosens the screw as it exhausts, and causes the cylinder to move back and forth several times until the oil is removed. After exhaust, tighten the screw. Guide oil hydraulic cylinder mixing into the air will cause the hydraulic machine crawling.
